Usage:

Use this template in a category page, where the category consists of templates, to explain how to add templates to that category. To use this template, add the following to the category page:

which displays the following (automatically replacing "Template:Addtemplatetocategory" with the appropriate category name):

FYI, The |{{PAGENAME}} sorts the article's title after discarding the "Template:" prefix.
