Special notes and limitations

• This conditioner adds the missing elements, such as <bind_materials>, to fix the kmz file.
• Some Kmz files created with later versions of sketchup might not be missing these elements. In this case, Kmzcleanup won't fix anything.
• This conditioner is a classic example of how to externally temporarily fix problems from an exporter.
