The recently released Remo 3D v1.2 has support for importing and exporting of several file formats, including COLLADA v1.4.1.

The primary file format used by Remo 3D is OpenFlight. With import support for many other 3D file formats, including 3ds, dae, dxf, geo, obj, osg, ive, pfb, shp and many more, as well as export support for osg, ive and dae, this competent modeler software is also well suited for refining 3D models and converting them to another file format.
