Minizip lib was missing from the VC tutorial. Dependency of VC8 Collada-dom 1.4, I don't know about other compilers.

	~~The tutorial works smooth now as long as you follow the instructions precisely. Some of the VC8 paragraphs could be rewritten; confusing.~~
