Special Note and Limitation
- This conditioner adds the missing elements, such as <bind_materials>, to fix the kmz file.
- Some Kmz files created with later version of sketchup might not include these missing elements problems. In this case Kmzcleanup won't fix anything.
- This conditioner is a classic example on how to temporaryly fix problems from exporter externally.
