Usage:

Use this template in a category page to explain how to add articles to that category. To included this template, add the following to the category page:

{{addtocategory|description}}

For example:

{{addtocategory|description}}

This displays the following in the category page (automatically replacing "Template:Addtocategory" with the correct category name):
