This is current a copy--with a few minor changes--of what's on the Main Page. It can be expanded, clarified, point to related articles perhaps in the MediaWiki Handbook.
Also, after many users have been logged in and are becoming accustomed to the site, could greatly reduce the content on the main page and just link to here. Elf 15:48, 26 April 2007 (PDT)
